THE IVY HEYDAY - SWEAT ITEM "SWEAT SHIRT" "SWEAT HOODIE" "SWEAT PANTS"

This time from J.PRESS & SON'S AOYAMA's new label, "THE IVY HEYDAY"

[Crew neck sweat] [Sweat hoodie] [Sweat pants]

We would like to introduce three types.

This time, all three types are the same, and the open-end yarn (empty spun yarn) is knitted tightly to create a crude atmosphere.

In addition, by brushing the lining, it expresses the plump, rounded form that would have been left behind by the dryer in the US, causing the stitches to become clogged, bringing it closer to American vintage sweatshirts of the time .

Furthermore, we finished it with yarn dyeing , taking into consideration the texture of the finished product and the resistance to color fading.

[Sweatshirt hoodie] has an elbow patch, and since it is yarn-dyed, the white thread is visible from the part where the elbow patch is tapped. (←This is the moe point) This is based on the details of Champion sweatshirts from the 90s.

The silhouette is loose-fitting, but the ribbing on the waist and sleeves is firm, and the tapered arms are slightly tight at the elbows, and the length and sleeve length are not too long, making it unisex.

The hood is designed to be easy to stand on, and the sleeves and hem are ribbed to give it a relaxed feel.

If you look closely at the [crew neck sweatshirt], you will notice that it has striped fabric.

A technique called ``needling'' is used, and even a plain color can have vertical ridges that give it the appearance of a striped pattern. This is also a detail that can be seen on vintage items, and I think it's quite unusual to use this method on yarn-dyed fabric.

I wanted you to coordinate using colors, so this time I'm using a lot of colors! In addition to the standard white and gray, we also have colors that follow the Ivy League.

For example, Dartmouth green, Harvard Bordeaux, Columbia saxophone, and Yale navy!

We have also worked out the relationship between the colors of the embroidery and ribs, so it is highly recommended for coordination with traditional traditional colors!

This has a slightly looser silhouette than the hoodie!

The ribs on the sleeves and waist are loose, so you can wear it stress-free without feeling constricted!

Lastly, [Sweatpants] , these have a very loose silhouette.

Classic details such as the gusseted inseam and no seams on the sides are reproduced.

Also, most vintage items don't have pockets, but I updated them by adding pockets, including on the butt, and lowered the logo a little to make the sweatpants look fresh. How about wearing it as a set with the hoodie or crew that we introduced earlier?

All items are available in 3 sizes: M/L/XL!

I think you can choose the size depending on your style and preference.

We have finally completed a product that will appeal to those who like traditional fashion and second-hand clothing, such as the texture and details! ! ! !
