KANEMASA PHIL. Knitted in a dense typewriter structure using the original Jacquard machine 36 gauge.
We use 1/60 super120 non-mulling wool, the thickest thread that can be knitted by this machine.
In addition, in the final process of making the fabric, it is fluffed to create a high-gauge melton fabric.
It is a textile that has a sense of luxury and roughness.
Of course, this unprecedented wool material maintains the functionality of wool (heat retention, antibacterial properties), but has the smooth feel and stretch of a knit.
Warp threads are inserted at equal intervals to create a striped pattern.

We use wool that can be washed at home.
Due to the unrivaled tailoring, there are no stitches on the back, sleeves, or hem, and there are no pockets, creating a finish that allows you to wear it as a single piece of cloth.

In addition, the silhouette is created by overlapping fabrics.
The extremely thick buffalo button on the front is also a design point.
This jacket features loose drop shoulders and a slightly shorter box silhouette.
The silhouette makes it easier to see the material as it moves.
This season's main items proposed by KANEMASA PHIL.

It can also be worn with a shirt and pants made of the same material.

*Fulling - A process of finishing wool, making the structure denser and making the ends of the wool intertwine to create a felt-like appearance.

*Non-mulsing wool - Mulesing is a method of growing sheep by cutting off part of the skin and body of the rump while the lamb is still in use to prevent maggots from infecting the sheep that produce the wool. Non-mulesing, on the other hand, is wool that is obtained by raising sheep in a natural and gentle manner, without subjecting the sheep to painful mulesing.

※※Musou tailoring - Sewing the front and back with the same fabric. The outer material is turned back and the lining is made of the same fabric all the way to the inside.
